Get the all the teachers to bring in their personal baby photos. Depending on the number of photos collected, you might want to extend it to other staff in the school as well. Ask them to bring a recent photo of themselves as well. The idea is for people to match the photos of the child with that of the staff.
Have the pictures being blown up to appropriate size so that people can see clearly and then pin them up on a board. The kids pictures on a board and the recent photo on another board. Give the kids pictures a number and the recent photo an alphabet or something like that. People interested to participate can then buy an answer sheet in which they try to match the correct photos. All correct entries can get a basic prize and then be submitted to a grand draw in which a bigger prize could be won.
