Select a venue where you would conduct the car wash. This could be in any car parks or school compound area. Most importantly, you need a place where you can have access to an infinite amount of water supply.

Advertise your event using every media possible so as to ensure your event is well known to the public. Flyers, posters, television media, radio broadcasts and newspaper are just a few examples of the revenues you can try to advertise your event.
Volunteers
You will need volunteers to help you in your event. I believe there will be people who would volunteer knowing that it is for a charitable cause. If you are able to get some pretty girls, I believe you might receive a boost in your sales. An example is bikini carwash. Or get some lovely kids which adults usually have a soft spot for their cuteness would most likely agree to let you do the car wash.

Fundraising Tips
In addition to the basic charge you charge for the carwash, you could also offer to sell some snacks or homemade drinks during the time which the driver have to wait for the carwash. Also try to be able to find a place where they could relax and sit around for the time of the entire carwash.
